Hedda is about classic texts, stardom, sex, and Blondie. It’s about confession, seduction, and Debbie Harry. It’s about all the things you wished you could say out loud and all the things you know you shouldn’t do.

Hedda is a re-working of Henrik Ibsen’s ‘Hedda Gabler’. Inspired by companies such as Dead Centre and Rash Dash, it is set in a post-dramatic performance of the deconstructed Ibsen text. Three men lurk at Hedda’s sides, retelling her story, and correcting her grammar.

Hedda is an experiment in re-writing text and re-staging death.
